Las Cicadas is delighted to announce its third edition of Art Residency program in Ibiza taking place from 6 January to 10 February and will feature a selection of six artists: Claudio Coltorti, Kenny Dunkan, Charles Hascoët, Hadrien Gerenton, Guillermo Mora, and Giovanni Ozzola.

This year is a new chapter for Las Cicadas Residency and we feel very honored to collaborate with CAN Art fair. To support contemporary creation, for its third year in a row CAN has included an Acquisition & Residency Awards. In June 2024, Las Cicadas was delighted to give two prizes to Guillermo Mora (Galería Moisés Pérez Albéniz) and Giovanni Ozzola (Galleria Continua).

Las Cicadas Art Residency is organized by Tavis Buschman, Nora Bullerjahn, and Sarah Suco Torres who has worked in several bluechip contemporary art galleries in New York, Brussels, and Paris, and who recently joined Las Cicadas, as a new partner in Ibiza.

Our goal is to bring together international artists of diverse backgrounds and disciplines to interact with the natural environment, the local communities and the history of the island. The program provides an opportunity for artists from around the world to work in a striking and authentic space, sharing joie de vivre, sunshine and the meeting of minds – this is what Las Cicadas’ heritage is all about.
